We offer two rate structures to suit your needs:
Flexible Rate: Enjoy a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within the 7-day window may be subject to a percentage charge of the total amount.
Non-Refundable Rate: This rate offers our most competitive pricing; however, the total amount is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

The Croatian tourist tax is not included in the room rate. It is €2.60 per adult per night and €1.30 for youths (ages 12–18). Children under 12 are exempt from this tax.

In the rare event of a host-initiated cancellation, you will receive an immediate 100% refund. We will also provide local recommendations to help you secure alternative luxury accommodation.
The Arrival Experience
Urban Nook operates on a fully digital access system. You will receive unique PIN codes for both the building and your apartment via email/message. These codes activate at 3:00 PM on your arrival day and expire at 10:00 AM on your departure day.
The building is accessible via two points:
Upper Entrance (Level PR): Best for pedestrians and public transport.
Lower Entrance (Level -3): Best for guests arriving by car, located directly within the parking garage.

Parking & Logistics
Complimentary parking is available in our secure garage on Level -3. Please utilize the designated Urban Nook spots 123 through 129, which are clearly marked for your convenience.
Yes. We can arrange professional airport transfers to ensure a smooth transition to your suite. Please reach out to us with your flight details to receive a quote and confirm your booking.
Amenities & Services
Our kitchens are designed for the modern traveler, equipped with high-quality basic utilities. While not intended for full-scale professional catering, they are perfectly suited for preparing breakfasts, light meals, and evening refreshments.
We offer pet accommodations on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to bring a pet, please contact us for an agreement in advance to ensure we can accommodate your request.
