The Arrival Experience
How does the "Smart Check-In" work?
Urban Nook operates on a fully digital access system. You will receive unique PIN codes for both the building and your apartment via email/message. These codes activate at 3:00 PM on your arrival day and expire at 10:00 AM on your departure day.
Where are the building entrances?
The building is accessible via two points:
Upper Entrance (Level PR): Best for pedestrians and public transport.
Lower Entrance (Level -3): Best for guests arriving by car, located directly within the parking garage.
How do I find my apartment?
Follow the architectural Urban Nook signage in the hallways to your floor:
